We mill and process rice under stringent quality controls to meet international buyer requirements for grain length, purity and moisture levels. Our production and processing operations form the foundation of our export capabilities. Every batch of rice is handled through a controlled, traceable, and technology-driven workflow designed to meet the exacting standards of international buyers. From paddy sourcing to final polishing, each stage is monitored by experienced teams to ensure grain purity, consistency, and integrity particularly important for large volume break bulk shipments where uniformity and reliability are critical.
Paddy Procurement & Selection
We source paddy directly from trusted farmers and procurement networks that adhere to stringent farming and harvesting practices. Each consignment is evaluated for moisture, maturity, grain length, and varietal purity before acceptance. Only premium-grade paddy that meets our procurement benchmarks enters the processing cycle.

The paddy undergoes a multi-stage cleaning system comprising de-stoning, aspiration, magnetic separation, and grading. This eliminates foreign matter, dust, stones, immature grains, and metallic impurities, ensuring a clean input for milling.
We operate modern milling units equipped with automated machinery for de-husking, polishing, whitening, and grading. The milling process is calibrated to preserve grain length and minimise breakage crucial parameters for bulk export shipments. Automated colour sorters and scanners eliminate defective grains to maintain uniformity across all export lots.
Quality Control at Every Stage
Our in-house laboratory conducts continuous testing throughout the production cycle. Quality checks include:
• Grain length and uniformity
• Moisture content
• Broken percentage
• Admixture level
• Purity and varietal identification
• Foreign matter detection
Batch samples are retained for traceability and future reference, ensuring accountability and consistency in every shipment.mity across all export lots.
After milling, rice is separated into grades based on grain size, shape, and quality parameters. This ensures each buyer receives rice aligned precisely with their market requirements—whether for retail, wholesale, or industrial-scale supply.

Rice is packed under hygienic conditions using export-grade PP, BOPP, or jute bags designed to withstand heavy handling during inland logistics and break bulk vessel operations. Each bag is weighed accurately and sealed to prevent moisture ingress.
Finished products are consolidated, and prepared for dispatch to the port. We ensure each batch is uniform, compliant with buyer specifications, and ready for stevedoring and vessel loading without delays.
